Regulations :
- Payments can be made using any of the following methods : cash or credit cards. Debit cards are not accepted.
- The owner of the building or the owner’s representative disclaims all liability for damage that could be caused to vehicles or the contents of vehicles parked on the site unless such liability is clearly established.
- The drivers must use the marked traffic lanes to drive between parking areas, as required.
- Safety regulations must be followed at ail times. Everybody must comply with the speed limit in the parking garage, as posted in various locations within the parking premises.
Rates as of October 21st 2021 (taxes included):
- Monthly : $ 275
- Lost ticket: $ 22
- Maximum: $ 22
Monday to Friday from 4am to 5pm:
- 20 minutes: $ 3.50
- 12 hours: $ 20
- 24 hours: $ 22
Evenings (5pm to 3:59am):
- Fixed rate: $ 10
Weekends:
- Day: $ 10
- Per 12 hours: $ 10
Additional Information:
- Parking entrance located on Saint-Urbain street.
- Parking is on the second basement level.
- Monthly subscription available exclusively to anyone working within Guy-Favreau Complex.
- Parking can be accessed via the eastern entrance located on René-Lévesque boulevard during evenings and nights.
